Review Request: Fixed and added support for several identity files.

Hi guys,

I've created a bigger patch to support multiple identity files and fixed 
several bugs with this patch:

 - support for serveral identities:
 - try to authenticate with all identities
 - write a .pub file if it doesn't exist

It would be great if some people could review it.
