libssh and MinGW

Hi,

I've made sure that master is compiling with Visual Studio and MinGW just 
fine.

Visual Studio creates a .lib file normally you need for linking. If I remember 
correctly. MinGW produces a libssh.dll and libssh.dll.a file. The libssh.dll.a 
is the same as the lib file, right? Is it possible to create a lib file too?
