First, sorry for messing up the thread order: I deleted all
the emails since they were in the archive, but then how do
I hook back into the thread :-( ?

Yesterday's problem with 0.4.4.90 (hang inside
channel_request_pty_size) was finger trouble, the server
side was itself hung (that would be another thread).
I should be able to get the traces today.
