I made an unofficial Win32 Release build of libssh and put it at http://60bits.net/sni/libssh-0.5.0-win32.zip Please read the README in that zip file. I don't use 0.5.0 yet (I'm still on 0.4.8), so you should do more testing than I did on this dll before deploying.
