ask for question about Remote version

hello:
Now,I use "libssh 0.5.2" to connect the server which use the ssh1 protocol.I use the func "ssh_options_set" and set the param "SSH_OPTIONS_SSH1" ON and "SSH_OPTIONS_SSH2" OFF.There report an exception "No version of SSH protocol usable(banner: SSH-1.99-OpenSSH_3.9p1" when I connect to the server.
I wish to know,How can I config the param to connect a server use SSH1 protocol.If the "libssh 0.5.2" support the SSH1 protocol.
