500 error on red.libssh.org

Hello.  I'm trying to log a libssh bug (and, I believe, a fix to that bug)
but the page at https://red.libssh.org/projects/libssh/issues/new says:

P.S.  The bug involves concurrency problems and eventual crashes in
libcrypto due to insufficient initialization, when the OpenSSL crypto module
is being used.
