Compile in windows: no strtoull function found

Hi!

I'm trying to compile libssh on Windows 7 but it fails.
I've pulled libssh from the Git repo.
Installed openSSL.
Installed Visual Studio 11

Ran "cmake ../libssh -DWITH_ZLIB=No -G"NMake Makefiles""
