crashing application with LIBSSh 0.7.1

I am using libssh-0.7.1-mingw.zip
<https://red.libssh.org/attachments/download/156/libssh-0.7.1-mingw.zip> ,
without building seperately. I am running my application and its
crashing.Means not starting at at all but when i am using a old libssh
version which i have compiled myself using mingw its working fine.Any idea
what going wrong.
