Cannot Use Libssh 7.1 after Build VS2010

Hello,

I can use The older versions of Libssh but not the latest one.
Everytime I'm calling ssh_connect I'm getting, crypt_set_algorithms2: no crypto algorithm function found for 3des-cbc.
Looks like I'm missing something in CMAKE and in VS project.

There's also another person who reported this http://www.libssh.org/archive/libssh/2015-05/0000038.html but I'm afraid the solution is not clear to me.
