Mailing list, website and email temporarily unavailable

Hi,

Due to some administrative reasons, the credits for the current VPC and
the next one aren't on the same account, and the current VPC's credits
are running out this week-end. I planned a migration but (of course) it
didn't work out as expected and I'll probably won't be able to avoid
some downtime.

Affected: libssh.org website, email, mailing list, archives.
Not affected: git server, redmine, online documentation.

I'll try to have everything fixed up by tomorrow evening.
