Thanks for all your help and contributions. Sorry but my time for libssh is so 
limited. I hope to find time in the next weeks and get a release out beforce 
Christmas.

libssh 0.8 is also not far away. We have some nice features and support for 
OpenSSL 1.1.0 ready.
