Follow-up: Passphrase not working for ssh_pki_export_privkey_file

Hi! First of all, thanks a lot to everyone for their great work in this
library.

I found the same issue as
https://www.libssh.org/archive/libssh/2015-02/0000007.html and wondering
why the patches were not applied. Can I help somehow to complete this work?
