Right now I've got a patch that compiles and passes all the tests, however
I'm not entirely sure yet if there is a case in which ECDSA key comparison
could fail that isn't being tested.

When I find out whether the comparison is done correctly, I'll upload the patch
to phabricator, probably this or next week.
