LIBSSH Windows Installer

Hi,


I have been attempting to install libssh for quite some time now. The 
Windows installer page has been broken for a few weeks. This week, I 
tried the link again, and am now getting an "Insecure Connection" error. 
The link I am trying to access is under the Windows section located 
here: https://www.libssh.org/get-it/


Can you point me to the location of a working Windows installer?
