That is most likely a webserver misconfiguration. Opening https://red.libssh.org yields SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN. The site returns the certificate and content of milliways.cryptomilk.org instead of red.libssh.org.

You can only wait for Andreas to fix it or compile libssh yourself.
