libssh sftp problem

I had similar problem as was described on the:
https://bugs.libssh.org/T47
I noticed that discussion was written half year ago, but at the end there was no solution for the problem.
Is there any working fix for
that timeout which work when cable is unplugged during transfer?
I will be grateful for any advice.
