SSH_OPTIONS_TIMEOUT option

Hello.

Does SSH_OPTIONS_TIMEOUT affects all ssh function or just ssh_connect?

for example, if i succefully connected to server with ssh_connect, but
immediately after that link to server was dropped, so when i call
ssh_userauth_password execution will be blocked. Does it proceed after
SSH_OPTIONS_TIMEOUT seconds?
