Versions ( 0.5.0 -> 0.5.2 ) and MSVCR100D.DLL

Is there a reason why versions ( 0.5.0 -> 0.5.2 ) for Windows were built against the DEBUG version ( MSVCR100D.DLL ). This presents a problem because we can't re-distribute Microsoft's DEBUG version of the DLL. Can this be rebuilt with the RUNTIME version instead? -Bruce- ...............................
