Patch submissions - Fix a failing to connect issue

Fixed an issue causing it to not connect to a device that returns ANY data
other than the protocol version string "SSH-" prior to actually sending the
version string.  Noticed this behavior when connecting to some high end
Cisco Nexus devices.

The server MAY send other lines of data before sending the version
string.  Each line SHOULD be terminated by a Carriage Return and Line
Feed.  Such lines MUST NOT begin with "SSH-"
