Question about libssh 0.9.x & 0.10.x

Greetings:

I am a newbie to the libssh.

I notice that there are 2 versions of libssh: libssh 0.9.x & 0.10.x.

I wonder:

  1.  What the difference is between those 2 versions.
  2.  And if I want to upgrade the current libssh-0.9.0, which one should I use: "0.9.8" or "0.10.6"???
