The changes between 0.4.4.90 and 0.4.4.92 seem to be only in
libssh/poll.c. I don't use any *_poll() function explicitly,
except channel_poll(). Does channel_poll() call, indirectly,
bsd_poll()?

Anyway, I'll test with it, we'll see.
